- A: Our horns are made in China, by proud craftsmen and women.
Q: What kind of warranty do you have?
- A: We offer a 30 day warranty on our horns, where the buyer pays the shipping back to the manufacturer, if there is need to return any item. See our return/ refund policy page. On Wisemann Brand horns there is a one year manufacturer's warranty which is also published on our return/refund page.
Q: What is Cupronickel material?
- A: Cupronickel is a blend of Copper and Nickel, offering resistance to corrosion and wear.
Q: What is Monel material?
- A: Monel is a metal alloy used mainly in Brass instrument valves and casings which offers High strength, and resistance to corrosion and wear.
Q: What is the difference between Silver Plating and Nickel Plating?
- Silver plating is slightly brighter in color and musical tone color, however it is higher maintenance, as it needs to be polished occasionally.
Q: Are your instruments new or used?
- All of the instruments for sale on this website are brand new, shipped directly to you from the factory.
Q:Why is the delivery time 2 to 4 weeks?
- There are a number of reasons. The banking industry has recently changed poilcy on availability of funds, which has added processing time. Likewise, the credit card industry has added safeguards which sometimes adds more time to processing orders. International funds transfer adds a few days to the transaction. In most cases, once the financial details are settled, the factory ships your horn air freight, which should arrive to you in less than a week from the shipping date. Because of logistics, we cannot give you a tracking number immediately after ordering. If you would like a tracking number, please email us at hornsforsale@gmail.com and we will provide you with one as soon as we get it.
What if my Credit card transaction does not go through?

The most common problem with credit card transactions is the billing address. On our order page, you are asked to fill in a billing address and a shipping address. The shipping address can be any address you desire, but the billing address must match exactly the billing address of the credit card you are using. If this doesn't help, please don't give up. Simply call your credit card company and tell them what you are trying to do. They are usually very helpful.
