Our return policy is that: within 30 days of receipt of the item, if there is a problem with the item due to materials and/or workmanship, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, less the shipping charge back to the factory, which can be significant. The refund will be handled in the same method as the purchase, i.e. MC, Visa, Discover, Amex, or Paypal . The only exception to this policy is when purchasing a Wisemann Brand instrument, whose warranty policy is shown below.

One year limited warranty
 WARRANTY: In the event of a defect in material or workmanship within one year form the date of original purchase from an authorized reseller in the USA, Canada, or Mexico, DYMUSIC USA, INC.  will repair or replace this product with the same or a comparable model. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This is the only express warranty applicable to this product; DYMUSIC USA Inc neither assumes nor authorizes anyone to assume for it any other express warranty. LIMITATIONS: This warranty does not apply to parts that are subject to normal wear and te4ar such as reeds, corks felts, pads, drumheads, and drum sticks. Nor does this warranty apply to damage occurring in shipping, handling, abuse or neglect, deterioration by reason of perspiration, corrosive atmosphere, or other external causes such as extremes in temperature or humidity, modifications, scratches or discoloration, accidents or acts God.                                                                                               CONDITIONS: DYMUSIC USA Inc will, at its option, repair or replace a defective product covered by this warranty without charge for labor or material. Repairs may be performed using new or refurbished parts that meet or exceed DYMUSIC USA Inc specifications for new parts. If DYMUSIC USA Inc elects to replace the product, the replacement may be a reconditioned unit. You will be responsible for any initial shipping charges if the product (s) must be shipped for warranty service. However DYMUSIC USA Inc will pay the return shipping charges to any destination within the USA if repairs are covered by the warranty. This warranty does not cover (a) damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, operation or failure to follow instructions contained in any written materials that accompany this product; any shipment of the product (claims must be presented to the carrier); repair or attempted repair by anyone other than DYMUSIC USA Inc or an authorized DYMUSIC USA Inc Service Center; or (b) any product which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed. Alteration erasing or forgery of proof-of- service documents will void the warranty. Should any product submitted for warranty service be found ineligible, an estimate of repair cost may be furnished and the repair will be performed only if requested by the owner and upon receipt of payment or acceptable arrangements for payment. 
LIMITATIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES: ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATIUON TO ONE YEAR. DYMUSIC USA Inc SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE   FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR DAMAGES BASED UPON INCONVIENCE, LOSS OR USE, DAMAGE TO ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER ITEMS AT THE SITE OF USE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITAIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. DYMUSIC USA Inc.’S LIABILITY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS LIMITED OT REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT AT DYMUSIC USA Inc OPTION.
 TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:Please contact DYMUSIC (USA) Inc. at (734) 384-1705To discuss the warranty claim and procedures to be followed. Instruments shipped for service should be packed securely, use original boxes if available, and must be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the problem requiring service e. DYMUSIC USA Inc will assume no responsibility for instruments damaged in transit to DYMUSIC USA Inc for service or warranty issues. It will be necessary to include your phone number or e-mail address, and an address that we can ship the product back to.
